Short history: Revived is almost a year old guild formed by two players migrated here from Daggerspine. When we came to this server we knew nobody and was a hard work to get there where we were. We managed to clear all pre ulduar content with hard modes in Obsidian Sancum etc etc. However a huge part of the raiders started to slack exactly when Ulduar got live and because of the spotfillers the raidquality was not the same anymore. People not showing up, bad players' performance made us lose some of our core which made Revived stop raiding which led us to lose even more people ... But the effort put into the guild was great and some members decided to stay and try to put everything that it takes to get Revived raiding in 25 again. Now we are looking for new dedicated and good performing members who can be patient, have a picture of a stable raiding guild with a good social enviroment. Since we have nothing to lose anymore we won't accept and keep slackers and bad performing players. If it takes ages to find the right raiders we will wait but we will not let any bad ones in the guild. What we expect from the raiders: - Absolute loyality towards the guild! - If you think "Why would I be loyal since those guys are trying to get back to raiding so they need me!" you are wrong we do not want you at all! - MINIMUM 3 days of raid attendancy - If you think you can slack you are wrong! The point when your attendancy falls below 75% you are removed from the guild. - Acceptance and mature way of thinking - We always want to hear oppinions from the guildmembers since that makes everything to be more effective but the point when you start whining about loot or anything else on an unacceptable level you will be removed from the guild instantly. - Be prepared - If we are raiding you always have consumables ( flasks, pots, buff food ) and enough money for repair. Begging for repairbills will cause guildkick ( had enough situations like this and was enough ) If you think you can slack with consumables you are wrong. We have raid assisters who monitor the consumables and if you dont have them we do not need you. - Good performance - Play your role perfect! If you are a tank keep the aggro, if you are a dps SHOW IT with breaking at least 3.5k DPS even on the most difficult fights where you have to watch many things to survive! Healers simply keep alive the ppl. If you are failing we just simply do not need you. - Dedication - We wipe ... your answer is I wanna wipe more till we down the particular boss! I am tired but I am not leaving till raid end ( usually 23:00, sometimes a bit further ) - Good english - the ability to understand and speak english. We do not expect people to speak perfect english but we do expect them to execute the orders and talk on ventrilo when they have an important information to share during bossfights! - Good gear - Minimum Naxxramas/OS/EoE 25 gear level In the end you can ask why are we expecting so much even we are in the rebuild phase. As I said earlier we do not have anything to lose anymore and we all agree if we want to raid again we want to do it in a perfect enviroment. As long as we don't have the right people for 25 man raiding we simply don't do it.
